How review works

After receiving the request, EasyFix.One checks the product, delivery terms, timing, quality of information and the possibility of selling it through the site. Product placement is not guaranteed. Final cooperation terms are agreed individually after product review.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

EasyFix.One offers two payment options. The first is card payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay when supported by the payment provider. The second is crypto payment, for which only the official FIXONE token on Solana is accepted.

Is payment safe?

Card payments are completed on the payment provider’s secure page, so EasyFix.One does not store bank card details. FIXONE payments are confirmed separately against the payment session and a finalized Solana transaction.

Why are there different order buttons?

Different buttons match different product types: regular purchase, EasyFix review, made-to-order items or Limited Edition items.

To keep each order accurate, we check important details whenever a specific product requires it.

Delivery and orders

Where do you deliver?

EasyFix.One focuses on delivery to Switzerland, EU countries and other available destinations.

Availability depends on the product, country, weight, size and supplier terms.

How can I track delivery?

If the selected delivery method supports tracking, the tracking number and/or other delivery details will appear after dispatch.

What if the product is no longer available?

We will review the situation and offer available options: replacement, new timing, order cancellation or refund if payment has already been captured.

Returns and support

How do I report a problem with a product?

Inspect the product and packaging promptly after delivery. Report visible damage, tampering, missing or incorrect contents or a wrong product within 24 hours, retain the packaging and include the order number, photographs and available video.

The 24-hour rule does not apply to a hidden defect that could not reasonably be found during an ordinary inspection. Report a hidden defect promptly after discovery.

Can I return a product without giving a reason?

A voluntary return depends on the terms shown for the product. Where mandatory EU or national distance-selling law applies, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days after receipt; ordinary online purchases in Switzerland generally have no automatic statutory withdrawal right.

A Limited Edition, preorder or partner label alone does not remove mandatory rights. See “Returns and product claims” for costs, procedure and lawful exceptions.

FIXONE and payments

What is FIXONE?

FIXONE is the official EasyFix.One ecosystem token on Solana and the only token accepted for crypto payments on the site. It is also used in supported reward and benefit programmes.

How can I verify that the token is genuine?

Check the complete mint address on the official FIXONE page. A matching name or logo is not enough: a token with a different mint address is not official FIXONE.

Where can I see the current price and chart?

The official token page shows the FIXONE price to six decimal places, liquidity, market figures, the 24–48 hour chart and update time. Live figures are not copied into the FAQ because the market changes.

Where can I buy or sell FIXONE?

Select “Get FIXONE” to open an independent FIXONE/USDT exchange through a third-party decentralised service. EasyFix.One does not sell FIXONE for bank currency on the website.

Why do price and liquidity change?

The market determines the price based on pool conditions, trading volume and the size of each swap. A large swap can affect the final rate; EasyFix.One does not guarantee a fixed price or profit.

Ecosystem reserve

3,000,000 FIXONE from the ecosystem reserve are publicly locked in Jupiter Lock until 9 September 2029 at 16:41. The open escrow allows the token, amount and lock term to be independently verified.

Liquidity policy

EasyFix.One manages part of the official FIXONE pool liquidity to support exchange availability and resilient operation of the payment ecosystem. 70% of the initial LP position — 22.135943551 LP — is publicly locked until 18 July 2027 at 08:30; the remaining 30% is used for operational liquidity management. LP tokens have not been burned.

EasyFix.One never asks for a seed phrase, private key or transfer to “activate” a token.
